I ♥ Faces - Week 49 - “Pets Only!” Photo Challenge

I took this at the zoo in the summer, when we were on holiday in Colchester (UK).

I love the pose of the Meerkat and how simple, but effective the picture is.

POTS AND LUNCH

These pictures above are pictures of my lunch (uncooked - at that time) They may be strange pictures but the rest of the house was quite dark =/ So i took these as the kitchen was nice and light - sort of. The pic at the top - the one of whales, is a painting I did at primary school and am quite proud of =) I used the flash for it as the school room, where it is displayed, was very dark =0 thats why it is so over exposed - though I like it ;D

These are some pics of pots - below - I also took today =) I was working on the histogram and how it works so some pics are darker than others

These are some photos of around my house that I've taken recently =)

I personally like the one of the 3 dolls (that I deliberately lined up for this photo) sitting in my back garden with the sunset behind them.

My Mum loved the self portrait that I took of myself in a car-that-we-rented-window.

The cute one is of my little bro' sleeping on our living room floor while my brother was drumming in there - lol!!

Day @ Colchester Zoo

I ♥ Faces - Week 31 - Silly, crazy, funny faces

We were going for a walk up to the village and I took this photo of my sister. She was being silly as normal - lol ;D - She was showing off in front of the camera, and when I heard that this week was silly, crazy, funny faces, I thought " I'm sure I've got a photo for that". And so I did :)

I love the fact she used her hat to help with this funny photo. The buldgy-not-bothered eyes just finished it off.

I ♥ Faces - Week 31 - Pets

Before I took this photo, down on the footpath by my house, I geard some grasshoppers and was trying and trying to capture one but I failed :( Then I found this and I have no idea what it is but I think it's some kind of beetle. I'm pleased with the border 'coz I thought it made the bug look like someone was looking at it throught a telescope or something ;)

I ♥ Faces - Week 27 - Sport-In-Action & Pets

Here are my entries for this week. I hope you like them. I did take them myself and did all the editing (with a little guidance from Mum) with Picnik. The one of the rabbit is our Mr Rosie (the girl who turned out to be a boy!) and the other one is of my brother JIH. He is a really good trampolinist and had his first competition the other week. He can jump REALLY high and do all sorts of weird things with his body!!

I took these with my Mum's P&S - Canon A1000IS - on auto.
